| Tool cover of Led Zeppelin | | I just recently heard Tool's cover of led zeppelins "No Quarter" and thought it was absolutely magnificent. Listen to it with headphones, and try to say that it isn't a masterpiece. I still prefer the original but Tool's totally different method of developing the melody is insane and very interesting. Many of you guys no that they are a very talented band. The question is: Do they have what it takes to become a legendary band.To become one of those bands that people will talk about even when they areey gone or haven't released a work?In my opinion i think they will become a great band. | | Led Zeppelin album cover | | Does anyone else hate the cover of Led Zeppelins first album? Just in case anyone doesn't know what it is, it's a picture of the Hindenberg airship in flames. I've always thought that seeing them now, without Bonham, wouldn't really be seeing Zeppelin. What do you think? Is Zeppelin dead forever except in their albums? | | Led Zeppelin Reunion tour | | So apparently Led Zeppelin is adamant about, not only a reunion tour, but also a new album, which they are willing to with or without front man Robert Plant. They have already began the search and interviewed prospective replacements for the rock god. Am I the only who thinks this is a terrible idea, Zeppelin is just not the same without the signature screams of Plant. | |
